Perfection is our priority
At MIR Moulds, your satisfaction is our priority, and our commitment to validation and testing guarantees that the moulds we deliver meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Our commitment to excellence is exemplified through a strict validation regimen featuring a minimum run time of 6 to 48 hours per mould, tailored to the unique requirements of each project
No mould is dispatched from our facility without undergoing an intensive dry/wet cycle process and successfully passing our Scientific Injection Molding (SIM) validation protocols, employing best-in-class Six Sigma validation methods.
Our thorough validation process encompasses a range of protocols, including but not limited to:
- Gate Freeze Analysis
- Process Stability (cpS)
- Gauge R&R
- Viscosity Analysis
- Multi-Cavity Fill Analysis
- Clamping Force Analysis
- Design of Experiments (DOE) Analysis
- Dimensional Analysis (cpK 1.3+)
- Pressure Curves Analysis
- Shrinkage Analysis
- Steel Inspection Reports
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Reports
- Dry Cycle Testing
- Extended FAT runs
Additionally, we conduct subassembly validation and testing, along with custom application testing, which may involve leak, torque, pressure, drop test, compression, and fatigue assessments. Our expertise extends to wall thickness/core shift analysis, ensuring the structural integrity of your molds. We take pride in our flexibility to integrate specific customer validation methods as needed, and we possess the capability to conduct detailed Design of Experiments (DOE) with pressure sensors.
