uWe have designed a variety of lotion pumps for various customers, providing all tools and support for assembly machinery. Our capability extends to designing pumps ranging from 0.8cc to 5cc, managing spring selection, and chamber design based on the viscosity of the liquid required. 

Our experience in developing pump moulds and designs is extensive, ensuring success for complex projects. We have designed and manufactured pump production systems for the biggest global brands, developing 48-cavity high-volume production systems for 4, 6, 7, 8 pcs pump systems in both screw lock and push lock systems.
